  • When should I book my session?  We suggest that you book your session with at least 10 days in advance.
  • Do I get a master mix or a bounce?  You should be aware that we will only provide 1 master upon completion of your project and any other bounces/references that you require will incur an additional cost of $5.00 per CD.
  • How can I obtain the multitrack or session files?  To obtain your project's session files you will need to book a Digital Transfer session and provide the media where these will be saved.  You should be aware that we require a Transfer Fee.
  • What if I need to cancel or postpone a session?  If you need to cancel a session we require a 48 hour notification prior to the date of your booking and we will refund the 75% of your booking advance.  Failure to notify us will result in no refund.  To postpone a session we also require a 48 hour notification.  In failure to do this, we will require a $25.00 fee to book another date.
  • How can I tell if my instrument will sound good in the recording?  We strongly recommend that all strings and drum heads are new or have been used for less than a week.  You should always make sure that your instrument is properly setup, calibrated and finely tuned.  If you don't have the proper knowledge to set your instruments up or tune your drums, we have technicians in the studio prepared to do such work.  If you need assistance give us a call to book time before your session for this.  This will incur in an extra fee depending on your needs.
  • Can I bring my friends to the studio? NO.  The only people allowed during your session will be the musicians, your producer, maybe your manager or promotion agent, however be aware that only musicians will be allowed in the control room and live room.

 IMPORTANT NOTICE:
As a professional recording facility we expect a professional attitude from you and your musicians.  This means instruments in good condition and well rehearsed performances.  Please be aware that we specialize in recording your band faithfully, in other words, if you sound good as a band, you will sound good in a recording.  We strongly suggest that all projects are recorded with a metronome or click track and you will find out that you and your recording will greatly benefit from this practice.
